These prices (per pax/month) include electricity, cold/hot water, bedclothes laundry and weekly cleaning. The use of items for the bath, towels and lamps will be on the student´s account. The board covers 20 days per month(from Monday to Friday). No changes in the kind of accomodation are allowed during the contract applicability.
